Arrive at the building and go down the stairs to reach the room entrance on the 1st floor.
The key box hangs on the doorknob. Enter the 4-digit code:
Take the key out and unlock the door. Always lock when going out or sleeping.
Ikebukuro Station connects you to all of Tokyo via the JR Yamanote Line.

Ikebukuro→Hamamatsucho: ~30 min
Please follow these rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Violations may result in compensation charges.
Some neighbors have small children. Please keep voices and music quiet after 10 PM.
Smoking is prohibited inside. Please use a designated outdoor smoking area.
Please take off your shoes before entering. Wearing shoes inside will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Always turn on the kitchen exhaust fan when cooking.
Japan is safe, but please lock the door whenever you go out or sleep.
Turn off all lights and the air conditioner when going out.
Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited anywhere in the house. Staining the room with dye: ¥300,000 charge.
Japan's recycling rules are strict. If not sorted correctly, garbage will NOT be collected.
Put your laundry into the machine.
Pull the detergent container forward.
Pour liquid detergent into the left side.
Close the lid and press the Power button (電源 切/入).
Press the Start button to begin the wash.

The cylindrical device on the ceiling is a fire alarm, required by Japanese law in all accommodation facilities. Your privacy is fully protected.
Only use provided appliances. Stay close to the stove while cooking. Do not place flammable items near heaters.
No smoking in hallways or balconies. No smoking in bed. Extinguish in ashtray with water. Never throw in trash bins.
If alarm sounds: front door → hallway → escape stairs. If blocked, use balcony escape hatch or ladder.
